教师介绍:

胡晓飞:北京体育大学教授,博士生导师,胡晓飞导引康养国际学院校长,国际健身气功联合会委员、技术委员会副主任。负责课程大纲设计和教学进度安排。

Hu Xiaofei: Professor of Beijing Sport University, doctoral supervisor, president of Daoyin Kangyang International College, member of International Health Qigong Federation, deputy director of the technical committee. Responsible for curriculum design and teaching schedule.

张津铷:北京体育大学博士在读,胡晓飞教授的博士,健身气功国家一级裁判,健身气功导引养生功十二法全国比赛一等奖,曾负责2022年日本练习复习课程,担任2023年英语练习复习课程教练。

Zhang Jinru: Ph.D. candidate at Beijing Sport University, Professor Hu Xiaofei’s Ph.D., a national first-level referee of Health Qigong, the first prize in the National Competition of Health Qigong , and was in charge of the Japanese practice review course in 2022, as well as this English practice review course coach in 2023.

一、养生筑基功 Foundation Exercise

简介:养生筑基功是由张广德教授和胡晓飞教授共同创编的静功,是一套以强调中正安舒的桩功为主要形式,以协调柔缓的动作为基础,以悠匀细缓的呼吸为动力,以绵绵若存的意守为核心,以意、气形三者完美结合为目的的动静结合功法,可达到打好练功基础、增强气感、提升练功效果的作用。

二、49式经络动功 49 movoments meridian routine

简介:49式经络动功是由张广德教授创编的动功,它是导引养生功里面的重要功法质疑,是防治呼吸、消化、心血管、生殖、泌尿等系统疾病的经络导引动功,具有扶正培本、抗病祛邪、增强体质的效果。

The 49 movoments meridian routine is created by Professor Zhang Guangde. It is an important practice question in Dao yin yang sheng gong. It has the effects of strengthening the body, strengthening the body, resisting diseases and eliminating pathogenic factors, and enhancing physical fitness.



导引康养润肺方 Dao yin kang yang lung exercise prescription

导引康养润肺方是胡晓飞教授创编的运动处方系列,是针对呼吸系统疾病、以中医理论为基础,结合现代生物科学和古现代导引方法的自我导引康养体系。包含以下三个练习:导引康养润肺桩、强体助肺健身术、导引康养润肺行,具有改善体质、提高免疫力、增强肺功能、补肾健脾、防控新冠肺炎的目的。

Daoyin Kangyang Runfei Fang is a series of exercise prescriptions created by Professor Hu Xiaofei. It is a self-guided health care system aimed at respiratory diseases, based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with modern biological science and ancient and modern Daoyin methods. Including the following three exercises: lung stance, Strengthening the Body and Helping the Lung , Lung walking , which can improve physical fitness, improve immunity, enhance lung function, nourish the kidney and spleen, and prevent covid-19.
