1. 浴面展容 – Yù miàn zhǎn róng – Bathe the face to improve looks

2. 梳头安神 – Shūtóu ānshén  –  Combing hair and calming nerves

3. 揩鼻纳清 – Kāi bí nà qīng – Massage nose and receive fresh energy

4. 运睛明目 – Yùnjīng míngmù – Massage eyes to sharpen vision

5.鸣鼓还听-Mínggǔ háitīng-Drum the heaven drum to improve hearing

6. 转颈强体  – Zhuǎnjǐng qiángti –  Turn neck to strenghten body

7. 揉肩畅肺 -Róujiān chàngfèi-Move shoulders harmonize lung energy

8. 活肘舒心  – Huózhǒu shūxīn – Exercise elbows to harmonize heart

9. 举腕启原  – Jǔwàn qǐyuán – Rise wrists to activate Yuan-points

10. 引体令柔 – Yǐn tǐ lìng róu – Stretch body to make it supple

11. 挽弓醒身 – Wǎngōng xǐngshēn -Stretch bow to activate body

12. 摩腹导任 – Mófù dǎorèn – Rub stomach and dredge Ren-mai

13. 捶背通督 – Chuíbèi tōngdū – Knock back and open Du-mai

14. 攀足固肾 – Pānzú gùshèn – Grab ankles to strenghten kidneys

15.叩环除痹 -Kòuhuán chúbì -Hit Huantiao and get rid of dampness

16.按腿延寿 – Àntuǐ yánshòu –  Press legs to prolong life

17. 蹲膝抗衰 – Dūnxī kàngshuāi -Squat down to resist aging

18. 采气补元 – Cǎiqì bǔyuán – Collect qi to restore vitality
