Train at one of southern Zhejiang’s sacred Daoist birthplaces.

Learn the refined Xiangu Cave Daoyin Longevity Twelve Exercises, experience Daoist blessing rituals, vegetarian temple cuisine, scripture lectures, and deep cultural immersion.

Theme 2 — Traditional Chinese Medicine & “Yang Jizhou Meridian Nine-Section Brocade”

Study at Quzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.

Meridian theory, acupuncture philosophy, wellness therapy experiences: tuina massage, acupuncture, moxibustion, bone-setting, sand therapy and more.

Theme 3 — Porcelain Capital & “Blue and White Baduanjin”

Explore Jingdezhen’s 1000-year history of ceramics.

Train Blue and White Baduanjin, visit ancient kilns, join hands-on pottery workshops, and perform at the International Ceramic Expo.

Visit China’s most iconic mountain — the legendary site of ancient Daoist cultivation.
