Professor Hu Xiaofei’s International School Weekly Winter Training will begin on Thursday, November 6, 2025, and continue until December 7, 2025.

🗓 Seasonal Training Schedule (Finnish time):

Thursdays: 9:00–10:00 AM

Sundays: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

This Winter season’s training follows the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, especially the Five Elements theory and its connection to the inner organs and seasonal changes.

Training Focus:

Winter– Kidneys and Water Element

🧘 Training Format:

Sessions will be conducted via Zoom

Zoom link will be sent via email to all registered participants

📺 Recordings:

Available for one week after each session for personal practice and review

50 EUR for the full training period
