Payment conditions

If your scheduled payment fails, you will automatically lose access to our services until you have paid the due balance. By purchasing single courses (one-time payment) you will gain all-time access to the allocated course page if not otherwise announced.
Access to the online courses and member’s area will be given immediately after payment has been received and processed.
We do not store customer credit card details.
Personal membership and password usage
Your personal membership to the site is not transferable to any other parties. Passwords and rights to the material and programs provided by this site are also not transferable to any other party.
It is your personal responsibility to protect and keep secret your personal password that gives you access to this site. Your password is private material and not to be used by another party.
We reserve the right to change passwords at any time without further notice. An email with the updated passwords will be sent to each customer for continuous access. You agree that it is your responsible to make sure that emails from site’s email addresses are sure to reach your primary inbox to receive the information about any possible changes.
Cancellation and refunds
The membership can be canceled immediately and at any time. With your cancellation you will lose your access to our services immediately. Refunds are not given for any courses or for unused days of the recent month or billing cycle (membership).
Termination
Hu Xiaofei Daoyin Kangyang International School and “huxiaofeiacademy.com” reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership, your access to the site or the use its services without any notice or prior warning.
Complete Agreement
This agreement and any rules, policies, or guidelines posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between the site, Hu Xiaofei Daoyin Kangyang International School and you. In the event of any conflict between this agreement and any information posted on the site, this agreement shall govern.
Arbitration in Court
Any dispute or controversy in contract, pre-existing, present or future, arising out of this agreement will be referred to and determined in arbitration to the exclusion of the courts.
